Teen killed: Brendan Hawkins, 19, was shot and killed within the City of Dickinson

GALVESTON COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — A teen was shot and killed within the City of Dickinson on Saturday evening.

At about 9:37 p.m., the Dickinson Police Department obtained two separate calls of pictures fired simply East of the 3300 blk of the Gulf Freeway.

Upon arrival, officers discovered 19-year-old Brendan Hawkins with gunshot wounds. EMS pronounced Hawkins lifeless on the scene.
