Marles fails to reply questions on carbon credit


Deputy Labor Leader Richard Marles struggled to answer questions on carbon credits.

Sky News Political Reporter Jonathan Lea repeatedly asked Deputy Labor Leader Richard Marles if he could answer whether coal mines would need to buy carbon credits. 

“Will they have to buy carbon credits if they go beyond their baseline, and what would those carbon credits cost,” Mr Lea asked Mr Marles. 

“We’ve given you the answers we’ve given you,” Mr Marles said.
