‘Many people chiming in’ to assist the Victorian Opposition

The Victorian Opposition doesn't have the “luxury of spending taxpayers' money on their own self-aggrandisement" the way Daniel Andrews has, but many are “chiming in” to assist, says Liberal candidate for Swan Kristy McSweeney.

“The Opposition is getting a lot more help from industry and business stakeholders in Melbourne than it has previously,” she told Sky News host Chris Smith.

“They're reenergized by the change of leadership in the Opposition and they're getting a few runs on the board and that has brought people to the table.

“And oppositions need that because oppositions are greatly under-resourced in terms of the manpower and the money that they can allocate to getting these wins.”
