While the COVID-19 pandemic derailed and disrupted the schooling of many South African youths, coaching and abilities improvement firm Dynamic DNA was capable of maintain its learners’ schooling on observe and truly enhance efficiencies throughout lockdowns, because of a partnership with Huawei Cloud and ULearning.
Gauteng-based Dynamic DNA specialises in creating ICT abilities amongst underprivileged learners. Dynamic DNA partnered with ULearning and Huawei Cloud to roll out a complete new LMS that provided safety, reliability, the power to scale and a bunch of recent options that allowed the organisation to proceed its coaching programmes with out hitches.
ULearning LMS helps course creation, instructing, studying, administration, examination, analysis and information analytics, with AI-powered instruments for sensible lecture rooms and streaming, and even a strong on-line check system permits academics and faculty administration to trace college students’ behaviour through the on-line examination utilizing AI face verification and gesture evaluation.
Says Banya: “The AI for testing is a unique feature, which we use: it allows us to monitor for cheating and alerts us if a student opens another browser to cheat.”

The safe and scalable answer ensured that each one learners have been capable of proceed their coaching unhindered, and no employees misplaced revenue or jobs as a result of lockdowns.

“The pandemic gave us all a serious test of mental health at first. But using the new LMS, I was able to pop in to any session and see what was going on, assess any challenges and adjust processes as necessary. Over time, our own IT team has found it easy to add any features we wanted to our system. Our facilitators, moderators and admin staff have adapted well and now welcome the new efficiencies they are enjoying, and even SETA has commended us for the smooth transition and adapting to the new way,” he says.
