Hardwick dwelling broken in crash


HARDWICK, Vt. (WCAX) – A house in Hardwick is broken after a automobile crashed into it, and police say the motive force took off.

Police say the automobile left the street and hit the entrance of the house on South Main Street at about 7:30 a.m. Saturday, sending particles right into a neighbor’s yard.

The driver then apparently backed out and saved going onto Mill Street and eastbound on Route 15.

Police say they suppose the automobile is a 2005-2006 Honda CRV and light-colored, perhaps cream or tan. They say it is going to have intensive front-end injury.

Anyone with info is requested to name the police in Hardwick at 802-472-5475.
