A bunch of boaters have been pressured to desert ship after a drawbridge partially crushed their pontoon in Jupiter, Florida. This video taken by Jillian Pisciotta, who stated she filmed it on April 1, exhibits the boaters leaping overboard to keep away from the rising bridge mechanism. Pisciotta informed Storyful she was close to Cato’s Bridge when she noticed the pontoon cease below the drawbridge. “Twenty minutes went by and the drawbridge began to open for a sailboat,” stated Pisciotta. “(The bridge) began to crush the boat and me and my friends were in shock, not knowing how to react.” Pisciotta stated the boaters emerged unhurt. According to 7 News Miami, a Palm Beach County spokesperson stated the bridgetender was unaware of the boat beneath Storyful has reached out to Palm Beach County Public Affairs for remark. .
